    Wait 12 weeks between third and fourth rounds, 20 weeks between fourth and
    fifth rounds, and 6 months between fifth and sixth.
    stay to a heavily restricted dietary calorie intake because the body.
    With so many side effects, this is hardly a worthwhile method.
    This is very bad for your body, shape, and metabolism.
